A Vision of Holy Spirit

I want to introduce you to a dear friend of mine, Holy Spirit. As I was pondering on how to describe Him to you, the Lord reminded me of a vision I had.
Unexpectedly, large storm clouds with golden linings raced across the skies with undaunted fury. Swirling gusts of glory surrounded the Lord as the heavens opened up and the grandeur of the Lord impregnated the atmosphere. The sound of mighty rushing winds and blazing tongues of fire exploded everywhere! The Lord’s musical laughter resonated throughout the universe as He enjoyed the grand entrance of Holy Spirit.
With great admiration, the Lord said to me, “Let me introduce you to My Friend, the Holy Spirit. Don’t be afraid, for He unveils My beauty.”
Suddenly a powerful whirlwind engulfed the Lord. In the midst of the strong windstorm, a divine Person, Holy Spirit, emerged and was cloaked in a mantle of raging fire! I was almost overwhelmed by the winds and intoxicated by the rare fragrances of myrrh, cinnamon, sweet calamus, and cassia that exuded from His Being. Golden anointing oil on Him glistened everywhere!
Holy Spirit was wrapped in garments full of the Manifest Presence of God and the Shekinah glory radiated from Him. His clothing was living and moving, constantly transforming into the different elements of fire, water, and wind. Throughout His Person there was a blending and contrasting of lights and colors with music that came from Holy Spirit. The sounds of groanings and prayers carried mysteries and secrets that were exploding in every direction!
His personality and manifestations were so unusual and dramatic that I was tempted to be afraid. Yet, I stood in awe as the Lord explained in more detail, “He is a wild and free Spirit, the Third Person of the Trinity. The Holy Spirit is governmental; He is heaven’s divine administrator on earth, bringing conviction of sin and releasing revelation of salvation that draws people to Me, the Lord Jesus. He will be your Comforter, Teacher, Counselor, and Friend.”
